Denmark's largest wild service tree, in Moesgård Museum's park, carries a more precise register estimate of up to about 145 years, given in 2010 and left unrevised by a fuller 2022 re-survey.

Denmark keeps almost nothing older than its parish churchyards and royal estates, which is why five of these seven trees stand on one former manor's grounds: land that stayed under one family's care long enough that nobody got around to cutting the trees down.
