Qual è l'albero più antico di Toulouse?

Toulouse publishes its entire urban tree inventory, over a hundred and twenty thousand trees, and flags a small number as remarkable. Only that flagged subset is used here. What it gives is genus, species, a development stage and a coordinate, and what it does not give is an age, a girth or a height, which is why almost every tree on this page carries no measurement at all. Nine candidates from the same subset are absent and the reason matters: two reverse-geocode onto public school grounds and seven onto private residential addresses, and a tree behind a gate is not one a visitor can go and see. Three more near the Rue de Tunis may sit inside a garden that is currently closed to the public, and they are recorded as unresolved rather than published or dismissed. One caution shapes all of it: a flag in a municipal inventory is an administrative decision, not a measurement. Where a second source exists it is named in that tree's own story, and where none does, the story says the register is all there is.
